The official check-in time is at 15：00, check-out time is at 12 noon.
All reservations will be held until 18：00, unless further arrival information is provided.
All the room rates include the Tax.
Major credit cards like VISA,MASTER,JCB or UnionPay are accepted
The hotel reserves the right to readjust all the rates without a prior notice.
No pets allowed
Parking available.
All rooms can normally accommodate 2 guests. However, an additional bed can be added if notified in advance. A surcharge of NTD 400 will be applied for each additional guest. Only two children are allowed in each room.(Please call in advance if adding bed is preferred, 115cm or 7 years old and older above will require NTD 400 per guest without adding bed notice in advance)
Cancellation and Room Change Policy:
A full refund for any cancellation made 6 days before the originalaccommodation date (not included).
A 10% service fee or change of date for any cancellation made 3 to 5 days before the original accommodation date (not included). Only 1 change is allowed, no cancellation after changing or a 100% fee will be charged for cancellation.
A 50% service fee or change of date for any cancellation made 2 days before the original accommodation date (not included). Only 1 change is allowed, no cancellation after changing or a 100% fee will be charged for cancellation.
A full 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation made on the day or prior to the day of original arrival. No change is allowed.
Please refer to the bulletin board for detailed cancellation regulation for holidays including Spring Festival, summer/winter vacation, exhibition season, national holiday and the day before or the resort's special offers.
